Our highly trained and experienced team compares typeset text against the original manuscript to determine the modifications needed on the typeset pages, and ensures that all characters are captured accurately. Our methodology is to verify either 100% of our client’s copy or take random samplings based upon client requirements.

Supplements Lead-in

Our customers provide us with the supplements and instructions for any latest updates and current XML files. Our processors will:

• Review supplement files and instruction lines and correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar
• Covert supplements to XML format
• Merge the supplement XML files to their current XML files (previous version)
• Run data validation programs and output the updated XML files to new formats such as PDF
